Comparisons

A single 10-second frame of the same field: grainy, the sky lifted, the galaxy barely there
One 10-second frame
The faint spiral of the Triangulum Galaxy in a field of stars, with a small bright knot to the left of its core
145 frames stacked, same processing
The frame is light-0009.fits, a typical one: its stars are the kept frames' median size. Both went through telescopeyoke's own processing with the same settings, and the frame was given the stack's stretch, so the difference is the stacking. Shown side by side because the two aren't on the same pixel grid; a slider between them would make the difference look like movement.
